The Practice offers a range of services that are not part of NHS provision.
Marisco Medical Practice Fee Guide
A fee is charged for these services and these are in line with the current recommendations. Non-NHS work includes:
- Insurance Claims
- Holiday Cancellation Certificates
- Private Medical Forms (e.g. BUPA)
Please note that doctors are unable to complete private medical forms during NHS surgery time. It is best to discuss your needs with our reception staff as they will be able to help you get the most from these services for example some forms may be left at reception for completion and collected at a later date.
Please remember that some requests will require an appointment with a GP outside of NHS surgery times and our team will organise this for you.
Always remember to allow adequate time for any non-NHS to be completed.
Medicals
A range of medicals are available and include HGV, LGV, PSV, Sports and Pre-employment medicals. They are available by appointment only. Please ask reception for further information.
